When I go camping in the winter I could have this breakfast lunch and dinner! Plus compared to the other things I make while camping it is very light. The pasta and freeze-dried chili are light in weight so great for backpacking. We took a survey of food and accori=dign to the group mine was the best!
1 box of Daiya mac and cheese
1 bag of backpacking vegan chili
Can of vegan chili ( I like Amy’s medium with vegetables)
Add boiling water to backpacking chili. Boil noodles. Drain. Add cheese packet and noodles to chili bag. Let steep until the water is all absorbed.
