Have you been curious about essential oils? How can you use them or which ones you should purchase? There is a lot of misinformation out there. For example there are 3 main ways to enjoy essential oil.
There is topical application where you apply it in lotion or oil. However it needs to be diluted and it can be unsafe to apply neat.
There is through inhalation in a diffusor or just smelling it. Yes you can get lots of benefits through just smell. However you need to be careful with your pets.
The last way is a medical application of ingesting them. This should be recommended by a certified aromatherapist which is at minimum 200 hour course. Not just someone n a pyramid essential oil company with no training. There are contraindications and it can interfere with medications. It is unsafe, unprofessional, and really unethical how often these companies are telling you that you can ingest these oils by putting them in your food. If you want to ingest oregano then you can buy the herb and make a tea. Then use one of the other methods if you want to use essential oil.
In this class we will be learning about the benefits and contraindications of what I consider the essential 13. But most importantly we will be exploring these oils through smelling them and making an essential oil roll on. This class will also include a laminated handout for you to take home that has information on 28 different oils. between the handout and roll on it a $25 value.
