Interview with Rehmannia

I was honored to have the owner of Shaman Shack Herbs stay at my home while he was in town to give a talk for a raw food event. I have heard him speak twice before and have been inspired by his passion and knowledge. I also loved his book Raw Chi. During his stay I was able to sit him down for a short interview while he was giving me a Traditional Chinese Medicine pulse analysis.

After I first heard him spoke I starting using the Shapeshifter. Then after his 2nd talk he introduced a new product called Women’s Complete which I loved even better! Both are products specifically designed for a woman to “assist the body with sufficient metabolism/weight management, fertility, youthfulness, blood enhancing and for beautiful skin”. Plus his Sea Clear, which is a fermented miso mixed with chlorella & kelp, is now a staple in my kitchen. I am excited to try more of his products including one specifically made for healers.

I recommend his products to anyone who wants improve their health. For me taking his products and a hot latte has helped me not feel as hungry and has improved my energy. I have also have felt less bloated and have been getting many complements on my shape and skin from women. Of course not every products is for everyone. To see when he will be coming into town to see which product he recommends for you,  friend him on Facebook: www.facebook.com/rehmannia.thomas.  If you don’t have a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner to test your pulse, you can either go with your gut or try some muscle testing.
