For my Dad’s 70th Birthday I made him a cute little Pecan Pie. Then I also made raw nut cups with the rest of the dough and batter. They came out great!

Me: Happy Birthday! I Made you a mini pecan pie.

Dad: Do I look like a mini person?

Me: You want a whole pie? You never finish a whole desert. 

Me: Your heart is the size of a giant! Do you want a giant Pie?

Dad: I have a year (to finish the pie)

Crust: 

3 cups of Macadamia Nuts

1 teaspoon of salt

 

Filling: 

1 batch of Raw caramel 

3 cups of chopped Pecans
